Audio conferencing with Vodafone is easy. You create your own meeting room for free, and then your meeting participants dial in from any phone, anywhere in the world. Up to 20 of you can all talk together for up to five hours.

We even send you an email invitation template that includes your meeting room's access information. Forward it to your participants, and everyone will have all the details they need to make the meeting.
Once your meeting room is registered you can hold as many audio conferences as you like, at any time. Up to 20 people can be in the meeting room at once, and each meeting can last up to five hours.
Just call 021 711 800 (or +64 21 711 800 outside New Zealand) from any type of phone, and follow the voice prompts.
You'll be asked to enter your meeting room number and PIN. If you're not sure what they are, contact the person organising the meeting.

The only cost in holding a v.conf meeting is each participant's call. Everyone gets charged by their network provider for a normal call to a Vodafone number.
There are no subscription fees for v.conf and the v.conf service number may not be used as either a BestMate or a talkZone FCN.
