• Setting up your email account and fixing issues if it stops working;
• Helping you set up your wireless connection to your Vodafone Station or your Vodafone Broadband Complete modem; and
• Giving your PC a health check.

Downloading the software is easy - simply check what you need to use Broadband Assistant below and then download and install the software.

What do I need to use Broadband Assistant?

• Have one of the Vodafone fixed line broadband plans (or our naked broadband plans)
• Be using a Windows PC (Windows XP or above)
• Browser: Internet Explorer 6 or above.

Note: Broadband Assistant is not available for Mac OS computer and is not compatible with Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari browsers.

Next steps

You will then need to install the software following these steps.

1. Locate where you saved the downloaded Broadband Assistant software.
2. Double-click the file to open it and then double-click the exe file to start the installation.
3. The software start-up screen will appear and the installation will start.
4. Simply follow the steps shown on-screen to install the software onto your machine.
