Information published by Vodafone New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”) on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
- Offer is available to Vodafone customers and staff only, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry into this competition
- Offer is valid for the “Whiskey Live 2012” Auckland music series throughout New Zealand Music Month of May and first week of June 2012.
- You can enter the promotion by taking part in the Vodafone New Zealand Music Month online mechanic through www.vodafone.co.nz. You may enter the competition once each day during the Promotional Period.
- The Promotional Period (“Promotion Period”) commences 09.00am Tuesday 30 April 2012 and ends 11.59pm Friday 1 June 2012.
- The prize is one double pass VIP Red Room General Admission tickets to the ‘Whiskey Live 2012’ show being held the following night, at The Whiskey, at 210 Ponsonby Road, Auckland. The particular artist will be detailed on the website when you enter. Any expenses incurred in relation to attending the gig are the responsibility of the ticket holder. These include but are not limited to: accommodation, transport, food and beverages expenses.
- The winners will be drawn daily throughout promotion period at 10.00am on the day of the performance.
- All winners will be notified by phone. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 2 hours from the draw and the winner is still unavailable, the promoter will choose another valid entry as the winner.
- The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By providing your email address you consent to us sending you an Online Shop email at the end of the competition to advise of the winners, and provide any special offers to competition entrants. Your email address won’t be used again for any further communication.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Winner consents to Promoter using their likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Promoter.
- By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
