Information published by Vodafone New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”) on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
You must be a New Zealand Vodafone On Account customer to be eligible (“Eligible Entrant”). Corporate customers, employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences on 20 April 2012 and closes 11.59pm 31 May 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, set up a Direct Debit from your bank account or credit card before 11.59pm on 31 May 2012 through My Account, by downloading a form available at www.vodafone.co.nz/ways-to-pay, via a customer services representative or instore. Eligible Entrants who are already paying their account by Direct Debit from your bank account or Credit Card during the Promotional Period are automatically entered into the competition.
Entry is limited to one per Eligible Entrant, per account.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize is one of five Samsung Galaxy SII mobile phone devices.
The prize draw will be conducted on Monday, 11 June 2012. The first five valid entries drawn will win the prize. The winners will be notified by phone or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 5 working days after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly chosen.
By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Where you have been entered automatically, you will need to accept these terms and conditions prior to acceptance of the prize.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 [NZ]) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
Vodafone reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
