Vodafone has put into place a number of special offers, services and has amended existing services to try and help our Christchurch customers.
If you are affected by the earthquake in Christchurch and are unable to be get into your home or business, you can divert calls from your Vodafone landline phone to another NZ landline or mobile number of your choice. We will waive the call diversion monthly fee for the first 30 days.

Please note: There is a monthly fee for the call diversion service and if calls are diverted to a phone number that incurs a charge when called, e.g. a mobile, then you will be responsible for these charges.
