Vodafone has put into place a number of special offers, services and has amended existing services to try and help our Christchurch customers.

Divert calls from your Vodafone landline to any New Zealand number

If you are affected by the earthquake in Christchurch and are unable to be get into your home or business, you can divert calls from your Vodafone landline phone to another NZ landline or mobile number of your choice. We will waive the call diversion monthly fee for the first 30 days.

You can request to have this set this up now by completing the free divert form or calling us on one of the following numbers.
Vodafone fixed line customers:

  • Consumer customers call us on 0800 438 448
  • Business customers call 888 from your mobile or 0800 400 888

Please note: There is a monthly fee for the call diversion service and if calls are diverted to a phone number that incurs a charge when called, e.g. a mobile, then you will be responsible for these charges.
